Delivery Information


Each product is checked in detail one by one before it is sent to you, after making sure that there are no defects or errors, the invoice of the product and the photos of the product are taken and sent to you by cargo.


We are very focused on ensuring that products are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Normally you will receive your order within 7-12 business days from the date you place it.


A confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been confirmed and verified. We start preparing your order as soon as it is verified. Such a time frame makes it difficult for us to modify or cancel your order, but we will do our best to support your request.


Normally it takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order and 1-2 business days for us to ship the order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.


We share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order. We partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.


1) The processing time for Pre-Sale items will be longer than usual. Express shipping cannot shorten the processing time, but we will process it as priority.

2) After the order is paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification after your order has been shipped.

3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated arrival time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight regulations, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

4) If your package has not been delivered, or if your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but your package has not reached you, you can contact Customer Service


We are improving our delivery process to make your packages affected by COVID-19 safer and higher quality, so there may be a delay of up to 12 business days in delivery.
We work closely with our fabric suppliers to ensure that all the fabrics we use are guaranteed disinfection. All our packages are meticulously disinfected several times a day using hospital standards.
