No, having an account is not essential. You can place an order by clicking the ’’Check Out As Guest’’ button without creating an account. However, you need an account to check the status of relevant orders, track each shipment, speed up any future orders and to be able take advantage of special discounts for our members.
You can create your order by entering you (Height/Chest/Waist/Hipline) body measurements. Add the product or products you like to your shopping cart by clicking the ’’Add To Bag’’ button. After selecting the products you want, click the ’’View Cart’’ button and then click the ’’Check Out’’ button to complete your order. After filling in the delivery and billing address information and seeing your order summary, you can complete your order by clicking the ’’Place Order’’ button.
By clicking on the ’’How To Measure'' button, you can watch how to make a flat and nice measurements and the tips while taking measurements. If you still have questions, we will be glad to help you if you contact us by clicking on the ’’Need Help/Have A Question'’ button.
The delivery time may take up to 2 weeks depending on the intensity of the production schedule. In cases where you need to receive your order earlier than 2 weeks, you must confirm the shipping date on ’’Need Help/Have A Question’’ line before placing a special order.
When taking you body measurements, do not give plenty of room and movement. We give plenty of room and movement while making patterns so that queen can move freely when they wear the dress. We also recommend you to watch ''How To Measure'' video before ordering.
In some cases, we may need to split your order so that you can receive certain items faster. If you are missing any items that may have been shipped in another package , please contact us at service@clothingworldturkey.com . If an item is missing, we will either ship it to you separately as soon as possible or refund you for that item if you prefer.

You have the right to return and exchange the product but In the unlikely event that any additional costs, such as import fees and taxes associated with the return shipping process, are incurred, we kindly ask that you note that our company is unable to cover these expenses. We kindly request that you review all return instructions and shipping details carefully to avoid any unexpected expenses. After ordering, check your email and mobile phones for order tracking.

The orders you place from Clothing World Turkey reach us online and your payment transactions are made automatically during the order creation phase. Since the payment terms cannot be changed, it is not possible to add products to your order later. But you can create a new order by canceling your current order, or you can order the other product you want to buy separately.
We will do partial shipping for your order under the following conditions.
  1) Some items require additional processing time.
  2) Customs or courier weight limit.

You will receive an email notification each time a package is shipped or a letter will be attached to the package about partial shipping.
In such a case, please contact us via the e-mail addresses or telephones on our site. Our software department will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
After the confirmation of your order, the system will notify you of an order number. If this number has not been reported to you by the system, check whether you have an existing order from the "My Account" / "My Orders" tab on our home page. If you cannot reach your order, we recommend that you check whether your credit card has been charged; because the system may not be able to create your order sometimes due to short-term connection problems with banks. In such a case, please notify us via e-mail. Your transactions will be checked by our finance department and the payment will be returned to your credit card.
The cancellation period of the order is 30 minutes after the order completion phase. In this process, you can cancel your order and get your payment back. After 30 minutes, it is not possible to cancel your order as it will be taken to the production stage by our company.
You can cancel the relevant order within the cancellation period (30 minutes) by selecting your order under the "My Orders" page from the "My Account" tab. It is not possible to cancel the orders placed in the production program.
When you complete the cancellation process, information about the canceled products will be sent to your e-mail address at the same time. If the payment method is “Credit Card” and your preference is “Money Refund”; Your payment will be made online to your credit card and you will be informed by e-mail.The reflection of your payment to your account may differ according to the processing times of the banks.
Shipping fee belongs to the customer. In the unlikely event that any additional costs, such as import fees and taxes associated with the return shipping process, are incurred, we kindly ask that you note that our company is unable to cover these expenses.
The shipping fee is the customer's responsibility for product returns. After deducting the shipping and customs expenses, the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

The product or products you return are checked for compliance with the return conditions. Once your return has been accepted and approved, you’ll be notified by e-mail that your refund has transferred. The appearance of the refund in your account is determined by your bank.
